GAP is B Squared's analysis software, it uses the data recorded by teachers throughout the year and produces your reports in just a few clicks. The software allows you to track progress week by week, month by month or year by year.

For the first time schools can create accurate reports from accurate data recorded by the teachers throughout the school year. There is no more pressure on teachers to pass on assessment data to the senior management to build the reports at the end of the term or school year, the senior management or teachers can access GAP at any time and view the reports for any date and quickly view level summaries or progress information for any group of pupils.

You can change any of the parameters or filter the pupils for the report and get the results instantly with just a few clicks. The ability to run the reports for any date allows schools to compare reports from various years. Using the extended data in the Level report schools can show how the pupils have progressed across levels within a subject rather than just progressing in one subject.

Schools can also export reports straight into Excel or into a Word document, using this feature schools can build their own reports comparing groups or subjects.
