This report shows what level each pupil within a group has achieved in all subjects. The level shown will be the lowest non completed level. At the bottom of the screen it also shows you the average level for the group. The combined English, Maths and Science scores are calculated using the DfES formulas based on their key stage and year. This report is extremely useful at giving an overall summary for your pupils in all subjects, they can quickly be compared to the average level for each subject at the bottom of the screen. By printing out 2 or more reports from different dates progress can be quickly shown and queried for each pupil in each subject.

The graph for the All Subjects report shows the average progression over time for the group in each subject. You can pick and choose which subjects are shown in the graph, so it can be tailored to show your individual requirements. This graph allows teachers to look at the average progression of pupils and by looking at flat spots on the line or dips they can then investigate what has caused this, is it an individual pupil or are all the pupils having problems with specific areas. By the graph showing you progression over time, you can compare this year's progress to the previous years.
