New Curriculum for Excellence Assessment Framework

At The Scottish Learning Festival this year, B Squared will be showcasing its newest assessment framework for Connecting Steps, which enables teachers in Scottish schools to track pupils’ progress within the Curriculum for Excellence. Delegates visiting the B Squared stand (F8) will be able to meet teachers from Redburn and Firpark schools to find out how this new framework can be used in school to track pupils’ progress and support their learning. The schools are also using Evisense, B Squared’s evidence management platform, to link photo/video evidence of learning to Experiences and Outcomes.

“Scottish schools are now able to use Connecting Steps to track Outcomes and Evisense to record Experiences in line with the Curriculum for Excellence,” said Dale Pickles, Managing Director, B Squared. “We look forward to demonstrating our assessment and evidence management products to Teachers at The Scottish Learning Festival.”
