Helping Governors and External Agencies to Effectively Judge Progress for Pupils with SEND

With all the changes in education over the last few years, schools are having to keep up with how and what data they report LA’s, OFSTED and parents.

However, governors in particular have very little guidance on what they should be looking for in this new age of data. The same can be said for other agencies that work closely with schools.

It is important that schools move away from linear data when looking at progress for pupils with SEND. It is also important that schools set their own expectations for these pupils.

In this webinar, I explore all the different ways schools can present their progress and how governors and external agencies can use this information to truly understand the impact of teaching and how the students are progressing, however that progress is measured and represented.
