Webinars are a great way for us to keep all our users up to date with what we are doing. We can easily reach a large number of users simultaneously. Our webinars will allow us to keep our schools up to date on new products, new features, how we are responding to changes from the Government and training on B Squared products. One of the best parts about our webinars is they are completely FREE!

"It's brilliant that BSquared keeps up with the all the changes and meets the DfE's latest requirement. It is enormous help for us as we are a very small special school. Thank you!"

Beatrix Szeszak, Headteacher, NICE – Centre for Movement Disorders

What is a webinar?

A webinar, or web seminar, is an online workshop whereby attendees use the internet to remotely connect to a presenter to share content. Our webinars are generally in 2 parts, a presentation covering the chosen topic, followed by a short Q&A session.

What sort of webinars will you be running?

We are running training webinars on Connecting Steps and Evisense, aimed at showing users how to get the most out of the software. Our focus is also on specific areas for example, analysis and encouraging parental engagement. We will introduce our products and how they can be used. We have also found that webinars are a great way of keeping schools up to date with changes that are coming, letting our customers know what the changes are and how we are adapting our products.

"We currently use B Squared, but I learnt things tonight about our current package that I didn't know. Something to try out tomorrow. Thank-you!"

Sarah Bowers, SEN Teacher, Overley Hall School

How many staff can be involved?

As many as you like. You have 2 options when it comes to multiple people. You can share single computer, you could use a whiteboard and speakers so a group of you can easily access the webinar. Alternatively staff can connect on individual computers. You may find using the single device option works better as there is less risk of IT issues, everyone sees the same content and watching together promotes discussion.

How do I access a webinar?

Below is a list of our upcoming webinars. When you register for a webinar you will be sent an email with instructions on how to join. You will also receive reminders just before the event on how to connect.
We use Goto Webinar software to run our webinars. You can access the webinars on a PC or Mac using the link in the email. This requires you to download and run a small program (nothing will be installed). Your computer will need speakers. You can also connect using an iPad or Android tablet by downloading the GoToWebinar app.
Your school firewall or security settings may prevent you from accessing our webinars. Please check you can connect by joining a test session using the link below.

Introduction to CSAM - Connecting Steps Analysis Module - 7pm Tuesday 9th October

This webinar introduces users to the Connecting Steps Analysis Module (CSAM). CSAM is a powerful add-on for Connecting Steps. It empowers users, providing them with easy to create, easy to understand graphs and reports. CSAM has been designed from the ground up to make reporting to stakeholders easier, answering questions schools will need to be able to address. Senior Management or teachers can access these reports at any time and view for any time period. Graphs can be built in a few clicks, condensing complex information into well designed graphs that can easily be altered and drilled down into. This webinar will give you an overview of CSAM:

  • CSAM Overview
  • The different reports
  • Filtering reports
  • How groups work
  • Exporting data to excel

If you have any questions about the webinar please get in touch by calling us on 01252 870133 or by sending an email to
